Defending Your Rights, Protecting Your Future
Dusché & Delk, an Association of Attorneys, represents individuals and defending their rights and protecting their futures.
Attorney Nichole Dusché has been working in Tennessee’s justice system for more than 14 years. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dusché worked in a prosecutor’s office, where she tried several cases and experienced what it takes to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt. Additionally, as a former prosecutor, she has negotiated thousands of cases, which means that she knows how the other side thinks. In both the courtroom and during negotiations, she also learned about how hard it is for defendants to protect themselves and their rights. She draws on that knowledge and experience today when she represents people accused of DUI, drug charges and other crimes.
Ms. Dusché received her legal education at Nashville School of Law and attended Vanderbilt University for undergraduate studies. She has fought for the rights of clients throughout Middle Tennessee, including Williamson, Davidson, Hickman, Dickson and other counties. She feels deeply that every case is different and every client is different, but she has learned about the legal needs of the people of the area and about the strategies and procedures that can help them.
Attorney Kate Yeager Delk received her degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and has more than a decade of experience. She formerly worked as a prosecuting district attorney, where she tried cases from misdemeanors to felonies to first-degree murders. She is committed to investing in the community through volunteer work as well. While working as a district attorney, she performed numerous acts of service, including social media safety training for parents and their children. Ms. Delk was born in Williamson County and is proud to call Tennessee her home.
